Greek Hooftrimming Program
In February 2012 a team of 4 persons (AB Fryslan) will start with the implementation of the Greek Hooftrimming Program, under the lead of The Friesian experts. Greek dairy farmers, from 4 milk pockets (about 40 dairy farms) will be visited and all dairy cows will be professionally trimmed! Estimated that the overall programme will take about 40 days (between 6000 – 7000
Dairy business near Baghdad
The Friesian will implement a feasibility study for an Iraqi company. This company has planned to (re)start dairy business near Baghdad. Together with the Iraqi Agent, Mr. Ahmed Faraj, the client: Mr. Abdel Hassan signed a contract with The Friesian. Start will be early 2012!
New Activity: BIOGAS
Recently, a new project has been acquired by The Friesian and it concerns an exciting new topic: Biogas. The scope of this project concerns a Environmental Impact Assessment for a new Biogas Installation. The purpose is to investigate the impact of a new plant for the surroundings and to formulate solutions and recommendation for eventual improval of the new biogas
First PURE project China
First PURE project handed over to world's largest dairy farming company-PR of China.In the beginning of November 2011 experts of The Friesian completed the raw milk Quality Risk Management System, under the name PURE, by conducting a series of training for the staff on Chinese client who current is one world's largest dairy enterprise having more than 23.000 milking cows.
Milk quality improvement in Pangalengan
Last week the milk quality improvement project in Pangalengan was officially closed. His Excellency, Dutch Ambassador Mr. de Zwaan, visited the final ceremony at the site.
